Fabulous breakfast and comfy stay

From the moment we arrived, Rick's warm welcome and attention to detail stood out. The breakfast was truly exceptional—freshly made to order and included local ingredients. Our room—though cozy—was well-decorated and incredibly quiet, ensuring restful nights. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like make-up remover cloths in the bathroom and a comfy bed that made us feel right at home.

Modern accommodations, clean rooms, easy self-check-in

The heating system went off at night, making it too cold!!! Bathroom access was a bit awkward when shared, and external noise from the street frequently disrupted sleep. Parking arrangements could be clearer too!!!

The rooms were immaculate and the hosts made every effort to meet our needs including allowing us to return to freshen up after events. Breakfast was delightful with a lovely atmosphere. Great central location to explore Hastings.

A later check-out option would have been appreciated.

This was my second stay in hastings, and number 46 exceeded my expectations! the room was incredibly cozy with a luxurious feel, featuring a fabulous roll-top bath by the bay window. rick's breakfast was simply delicious.

We had a fantastic time staying with friends! The place was modern and clean, and the self-check-in was smooth. We enjoyed exploring the Smugglers Adventure, which was a blast, and the location's proximity to the beach made it perfect for evening strolls. The microwave and provided kitchenware were handy for late-night snacks. a great value for the price!

The only downside was that the bathrooms felt a bit cramped, but it didn’t ruin the overall experience.

It was just a great fit for a short stayover in Hastings with good price value. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had lovely decorations, making it very cozy. A tip, check out the local beach. it's a short walk away!

The Superior King Room was such a treat! It felt luxurious and was impeccably clean. A definite highlight was the self-check-in, which was super easy and convenient. Plus, the comfy bed ensured I had a great night's sleep. The thoughtful decor added a nice touch, making the room feel cozy and inviting.
